We keep this simple. To build your BrandCodex and run our business, we collect only the information we actually need — nothing more. We don’t sell your data, and we treat your stories and your voice with the care they deserve. Here’s exactly what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Your name and email address, so we can create your account, deliver your BrandCodex and stay in touch with you about it.
The stories, positioning and voice you share during your interview. This is the heart of your BrandCodex — we use it to build your personalized brand world and activate it inside your AI companion.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. Your full card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Basic analytics and cookies (including advertising pixels) that help us understand how people find us and how the site is used, so we can keep improving it. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
We use what we collect to build and deliver your BrandCodex, process your purchase, provide support, and communicate with you about your product and our 90-Day Success Promise. We may also use anonymized, aggregated insights to improve our services.
We share information only with the trusted providers that help us run the business — such as Stripe for payments and the tools that host and power the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your interview content with anyone outside of delivering your BrandCodex.
You can ask us to access, update or delete your personal information at any time, and you can opt out of non-essential emails whenever you like. Just reach out and we’ll take care of it. We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide your BrandCodex and meet our legal and business obligations.
