Done-with-you personal branding and a personal web page built on top of your BrandCodex — so the brand we define together also has a home online. Any specifics, timeline and scope are confirmed with you directly before work begins.
Because your BrandCodex is built specifically for you — from your interview, your voice and your stories — it isn’t something we can put back on a shelf and sell to someone else. For that reason, all purchases are personalized and non-refundable.
That said, we never want you left on your own with something that isn’t working. Every purchase is backed by our 90-Day Success Promise.
The sale is final — the support isn’t. If, within your first 90 days, you’re genuinely using your BrandCodex and something still isn’t clicking, send us examples of what’s happening. We’ll review it with you and help determine the right next step — which may include adjusting your AI activation, clarifying part of your BrandCodex, implementation guidance, or, when appropriate, a complimentary Brand Refresh to help get things aligned.
