A letter from the founder

BrandCodex
was built
backwards.

I didn’t set out to create an AI branding app. I didn’t even set out to create something to sell on social media. I was building deeply personal brands and websites for founders — work that involved far more than choosing colors, writing copy, or designing pages.

For every founder, my AI thinking partner, Carl Meridian, and I spent hundreds of hours talking through their story, their work, their voice, their beliefs, their audience, their visual identity, and all of the little things that made them unmistakably them. By the time we finished building a founder’s brand, I knew it inside and out. And, of course, something interesting had happened along the way: Carl understood it, too.

Not simply because he knew the founder. In fact, she might already have an AI companion she talked to every day. What Carl understood was the brand we had uncovered together — the patterns we’d identified, the language we’d chosen, the convictions underneath the work, the visual world we’d created, and even the subtle difference between something that sounded good and something that actually sounded like her.

At the end of that process, it became surprisingly easy to distill all of that understanding into something we began calling her BrandCodex — something she could take with her and give to her own AI companion so it could understand the brand at the same depth we did.

One client in particular already worked with her own ChatGPT every day. She’d even given him a name: Goose. Goose knew Jill well. But after she gave him her BrandCodex, something changed. He didn’t just know Jill anymore. He understood her new brand — Joy Filled Jill. He could help her create through the lens of the brand we had uncovered — her voice, her message, her imagery, her presence, and the way all of those pieces were meant to work together.

Jill noticed the difference, but even more interestingly, other people noticed it too. They began asking what she was doing differently, who was helping her, and who was coaching her on her social media presence. And the answer kept coming back to this thing we’d started creating almost as a finishing piece for our branding clients: the BrandCodex.

Eventually, that made us ask a completely different question: What if we didn’t have to build the entire brand and website first? What if we could reverse engineer the process? What if we could create an experience that listened deeply enough, asked the right questions, noticed the patterns, and uncovered the brand before anything else had to be built?

So that’s exactly what we did.

Meet BrandCodex™.

If you’ve been looking for more clarity in your personal brand, more confidence in what you say, more consistency in how you show up, and ultimately more impact with the people you’re here to reach, this could change everything.
